Join NJRPA for the annual Aquatics Section Meeting happening on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 9am-12:30pm. We have a full agenda complete with breakfast, section updates, upcoming event information, and an interactive CEU session.

We’re excited to have David Kotz presenting this year on Incident Command and the role it can play at your facility. This 0.2 CEU Session will discuss how a critical incident is likely to transpire at an aquatic facility and how to equip aquatic facility staff with critical emergency management skills using the Incident Command System (ICS) framework. Participants will engage in an interactive learning experience that transforms knowledge into practical emergency response capabilities.

Objectives:
1. Discuss the Fundamental Structure of the Incident Command System (ICS)
2. Develop and Integrate ICS plan into your facility operation plan/Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
3. Demonstrate Practical Application of ICS in Simulated Scenarios
