July is Park & Recreation Month Toolkit
One of the most important things you can do in the month of July is SPREAD THE WORD! The State of New Jersey General Assembly and the Senate signed a Joint Proclamation in our honor! This is the first time in our state's history! Below are some simple ways to join in the celebration.
1. Declare one or both of the following proclamation(s) to your town council with the included Press Release:

3. July 21 is Park and Recreation Professionals Day! Celebrate our local, county and state park and recreation professionals. Take a photo at a state, county or local park and share on Facebook or Instagram and #NJRPA to be entered into a drawing for prizes!
