Diversity Webinar Series: From Schools to Recreation: The Role Recreation Can Play in Transition

This session will look at the importance of transition for individuals with disabilities as they begin to explore post-secondary opportunities.  In this session, we will look at how recreation departments can partner with the schools and the community to provide resources that enable them to be integrated in the community.  We will also discuss the importance of different partnerships.
