Diversity Webinar Series: Identities and Intersectionality

Cultural competency can help an organization improve their services for the LGBTQ community (and other minority groups).  It addresses the impact of privileges' and power when accessing and receiving services.  Understanding multiple intersecting identities and intersectionality in professional and personal realms plays an important part on the impact on the quality of services provided.  Strategies on how to create safe, inclusive spaces for marginalized populations will be discussed.
