Get Educated and Certified in Sun Safety today!

Just one blistering sunburn in childhood or adolescence more than doubles a person's chances of developing melanoma later in life.  Therefore, educating youth, and those who influence youth, is vital in raising awareness about staying safe in the sun.

The Enright Melanoma Foundation is transforming the way youth learn about staying safe in the sun.  In less than 20 minutes, you can get educated and certified in sun safety through the online Enright Sun Safety Certification™ programs.  The courses serve three age groups: Ages 5-8, Ages 9-12, and Ages 13 and over.  These programs have a pre and post-test component, use proven instructional methods, and provide a highly interactive user experience.  They are available on all platforms: desktop, laptop, iPad, and smart phone.

The goal of the programs is to teach good sun-protection habits, starting at an early age. The courses educate youth, and those who influence youth, about how to stay safe in the sun, and why staying safe in the sun is so important.   The courses use the simple message to:  Apply Cover Enjoy

Upon completion, the learner can print a Certificate, and is encouraged to share this experience with others through social media.  The programs are available FREE to the public at

It’s our responsibility to educate others about how to make healthy choices regarding sun safety. Please join us by becoming Enright Sun Safety Certified™ and then help spread the word about our free programs to others.  Let’s make a difference together!
