William Cleary
Executive Director
Oversees all business operations, programs and publications of NJRPA and works closely with the Association's elected Board of Trustees in developing policy and strategic plans.   Serves as chief legislative spokesperson for the association and oversees the NJRPA public policy initiatives.  Supports NJRPA's District, Section and Committee programs and is overall coordinator for the NJRPA Annual Conference.  Serves as key liaison to the National Recreation & Park Association, industry groups, government councils and issue coalitions.

Theresa Dunwiddie
Business and Communications Coordinator
Oversees the processing of memberships, registrations, advertising and sponsorships for the Association, develops the Annual Membership Directory and assists with publications and website updates.  Serves as Exhibit and Registration Coordinator for the NJRPA Annual Conference and as liaison to the NJRPA Professional Certification Board.  Assists Districts, Sections and Committees in administration of sponsored educational programs and events.

Ruth Ann Bellon
Ticket Program Coordinator
Implements the Association's Community Service Consignment Ticket Programs and maintains all records.  Serves as key liaison to participating theme parks, resorts and consignment outlets.

Marilyn Padvelskis
Office Aide
Assists with general office dutties including filing, record keeping, telephone inquiries, pruchase order processing, invoicing, handling of delinquent accounts and processes association mailings
